Shipping Policy
Thanks for supporting Ice House Radio. Every order helps keep independent radio on the air in Houston.
Processing time
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. We’re a small crew, so during busy stretches (new drops, holidays) it can take a little longer.
Domestic shipping (U.S.)
We ship via USPS to all 50 states, plus APO/FPO addresses.
- Standard: $7 flat rate / calculated at checkout, arrives in about 3–7 business days after shipping
International shipping
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Ice House Radio isn’t responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If something arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.
